We tell you when they start. Never where.
Three steps. One of them is waiting.
Get in first.
Apply and get approved like everyone else. Your link is waiting in the app. You don't have to be looking yourself.
Send it to someone good.
Someone with 3+ years who ships real work, and who'd rather not deal with recruiters. You get ten invites at a time, so pick well.
They start. You get paid.
When they start their new job through Zagg, $1,000 lands in your account.

You're doing them a favour, not selling them out.
They get everything Zagg promises: nobody sees them until they say yes, every approach comes with the salary, and it's free. They still get a pre-screen call, a portfolio review and a GitHub review like everyone else. A referral gets them in the door, not past the bar.
And we won't tell you where they end up. That's their business. We'll just tell you they started, and pay you.
The rules. Short, because they are.
- $1,000
- per developer you refer who starts a job through Zagg.
- Paid when they start
- Not when they sign up, not when they get an offer. Day one of the new job.
- New to Zagg
- If they've already applied, they're already ours.
- They have to get in
- 3+ years and our vetting, same as everyone.
- Approved developers only
- Your link lives in the app, with ten open invites at a time. When we've made our call on someone who applied through one, it frees up.
- No cap on payouts
- Refer twenty good developers who start, get paid twenty times.
- 12 months
- If they start within a year of signing up through your link, you get paid.
- Perm and contract
- Both count, and both pay $1,000.
